Tame Impala Announces New Album Deadbeat and 2025 U.S. Tour

Tame Impala, the psychedelic project of Kevin Parker, has officially announced his highly anticipated new album Deadbeat, set for release on October 17. To celebrate, Parker will embark on the Deadbeat U.S. tour, a short but electrifying run that kicks off with a two-night stand at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center on Halloween and wraps up November 14 at Oakland Arena.

The tour will hit major cities across the country, including a stop at Chicago’s United Center on November 3, Austin’s Moody Center on November 6, San Diego’s Pechanga Arena on November 9, and a two-night residency at Los Angeles’ Kia Forum on November 11 and 12. Pre-sale sign-ups are available now at tameimpala.com, with general on-sale set for September 12 at 12 PM local time.

Deadbeat arrives October 17 and is available for pre-order now. Fans can get their hands on a variety of exclusive physical editions, including two web-store exclusive vinyl color variants, an Urban Outfitters exclusive color pressing, and an Indie Record Store exclusive color edition. A limited batch of numbered cassettes will also be released, available only through Brooklyn Vegan and Alternative Press.

With Deadbeat, Parker continues to expand Tame Impala’s sonic universe, and the upcoming U.S. tour promises to be one of the year’s must-see live experiences.
