RISE Festival Announces 10th Year Anniversary Lineup with John Mayer, Calvin Harris, & More
This October, RISE Festival returns to the Mojave Desert for a landmark anniversary, celebrating ten years of music, art, and collective wonder. From October 3–5, thousands will gather on the Jean Dry Lake Bed just outside Las Vegas for a three-day experience unlike any other—a festival that isn’t just about sound and spectacle, but about connection, reflection, and transformation.
Since its inception, RISE has carved out a space all its own in the global festival landscape, defined not just by its impressive lineups but by its atmosphere of community and intention. The iconic lantern release—an awe-inspiring ritual where thousands of glowing orbs float skyward into the desert night—has become a symbol of the festival’s ethos, a shared act of release and renewal. In 2025, that tradition continues with even more depth, accompanied by the most ambitious production the festival has ever staged.
The lineup alone could headline multiple festivals. Calvin Harris, Disclosure, RÜFÜS DU SOL, and John Mayer lead the charge, joined by a carefully curated roster of rising stars and genre-crossing acts spanning ambient, house, indie, and instrumental. From euphoric dance-floor moments to introspective acoustic performances, the programming is designed to guide attendees through an arc of emotions over the course of the weekend.
Adding to the magic, RISE 2025 introduces new immersive spaces. The Horizon—one of the largest stages in the country—will host monumental performances with cutting-edge visuals and sound. The Path offers a meditative daytime journey through large-scale art installations, encouraging attendees to slow down and reconnect with themselves and the desert around them. And at the heart of it all, The Compass—the lantern ritual that defines RISE—will once again bring thousands together in a glowing act of collective expression.
The closing night promises to be unforgettable. John Mayer’s rare appearance is set to be a highlight, joined by genre-blurring jam favorites Goose, electronic innovator Elderbrook, and ethereal sets from Patrick Watson, Forester, and City of the Sun. It’s a lineup designed to end the weekend on a high, weaving together intimacy and spectacle, groove and reflection.
For a decade, RISE Festival has been more than just a destination—it’s been a gathering of dreamers, a ritual in the desert, and a reminder of the power of music and art to bring people together. This year, as it turns ten, the festival isn’t just looking back—it’s setting its sights higher than ever, with a celebration that promises to be as transformative as it is unforgettable.
