Max Embers creates a dreamlike sequence on single, "wildest dreams"

With his first single release of the year, Max Embers has just put forth an absolutely dreamy new single, “wildest dreams”. Please read along with us as we share our complete thoughts on the track, in addition to a background on the artist as well.

With a first taste of his upcoming original EP idyllwild, “wildest dreams” is an incredible representation of the talents that Max Embers is capable of. After working with major label artists like Noah Cyrus, Felix Sandman, Joji, Matoma, Colton Dixon, and renowned Grammy Award-winning writers A-Rod Lambert and Anita McCloud, Max Embers is certainly on his way to creating greatness on the upcoming debut.

Immediately taking you into a dreamlike state, we’ve basically been transported to another planet with the greatness that has been achieved with “wildest dreams”. Mixed in with his cloudy vocals, a precision like production, and heavy lyricism, we can’t help but immediately crown this newest single as a clear cut winner. It actually overwhelmed all the expectations we had built up prior to listening.

While this was our first impression of the music of Max Embers, the EP cannot come soon enough. While we’re not 100% certain of its release date, we’ll definitely be keeping you all posted, but mainly for ourselves because this is the type of mood, vibe, and atmosphere we need in our lives at the moment.

Reminiscent of James Blake and John Legend, we won’t be surprised when the inevitable happens and Max Embers becomes a household name. In the meantime though, it’s going to be a pleasure to check out the rest of his discography and explore the rest of his works. It should come as no surprise, but we’re definitely going to be recommending a listen to “wildest dreams”, as well as another reminder that idyllwild comes out soon!
