We’ve always felt that songs about self-acceptance can sometimes lean too heavily into sentimentality, but Michaela avoids that trap by keeping the focus on celebration rather than struggle.
Musically, the production is polished from beginning to end! Bright instrumentation, crisp percussion, and shimmering pop create this energetic backdrop that feels like it’s made for warm afternoons and long summer drives. Do not be surprised if you’re singing along by the end of the song! It's modern pop done exceptionally well and she’s never sounded more confident.
