When we hear the world "revolution", it often brings to mind grand gestures or sweeping societal changes. Ana April takes a far more intimate approach here. The drumming gently widens the song's scope, while some very understated electric slide guitar enters later in the track, adding some much needed depth too. There’s no possible way you could talk about this song and not mention her vocals, because they’re the key to it all. Her voice carries an elegance that perfectly complements the surrounding production. Lush and angelic, her performance communicates that vulnerability perfectly. There's a natural softness to her delivery that makes you want to listen. They’re high up in the mix, but for good reason.
