Described as “breezy, calm, and sentimental”, we can confidently claim that Randy Mosley’s newest song “There Are Days” has fully delivered on those claims. For this country artist who’s got descriptive words of wisdom to share and has so beautifully constructed them with a lovely backing instrumental, his vocals steal the show on this all new endeavor. Whether you’re familiar with his work or not, now’s the time to give this one a spin whenever you get the chance.
Written for his close group of friends that were unfortunately having issues with their marriages and personal lives, Randy has so eloquently crafted this song as a reminder to look more towards the important things among the chaos of it all. Although it’s certainly a heavy topic, and 100% a relatable one for so many out there, Randy’s vocal delivery is what sends over that relaxing sensation that somehow, everything is going to be just fine. Of course we found that this classic country instrumental fit the vibe and the aura of the song quite snugly, but without a doubt it’s the warmth and smoothness that he brings in his vocal cadence that seals the deal for our enjoyment of “There Are Days”.
Last year saw a handful of releases from this artist that all seem to have that exceptional and sincere feeling about them. This one definitely stands out amongst the bunch as he continues to put on a masterclass in his songwriting and composition. While we’re right at the top of 2023 with so much time left, our hope is that we get to experience more original tunes just like this sometime in the very near future. As we patiently wait though, we’ll be coming back to this song in times of needed stress relief.
